RES-2006-105RESOLUTION NO. 2006 - o5 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2000R -123 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR JOB CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report dated May 30, 2006, that Resolution No. 2000R -123 be amended in the manner set forth, effective June 2, 2006; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the aforementioned amendment to Resolution No. 2000R -123, is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim; and �-- WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 2000R- 123 which established rates of compensation for job classifications designated as Administrative Management. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 2000R -123 be amended as follows: 1. That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 2000R -123 be amended by changing the salary range for the following classifications: Classification Assistant Finance Director Budget Manager Human Resources Manager Information Systems Manager From To X CR18 X CR19 X CR17 X CR18 X CR17 X CR18 X CR16 X CR17 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said amendment to Resolution No. 2000R -123 is June 2, 2006. AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as amended herein, Resolution No. 2000R -123 shall remain in full force and effect.
