A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2000R -125 WHICH ESTABLISHED
RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR JOB CLASSIFICATIONS
DESIGNATED AS PROFESSIONAL
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report
dated May 30, 2006, that Resolution No. 2000R -125 be amended in the manner set forth,
effective June 2, 2006; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the
aforementioned amendment to Resolution No. 2000R -125, is in the best interest of the City of
Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 2000R-
125 which established rates of compensation for job classifications designated as Professional.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that Resolution No. 2000R -125 be amended as follows:
1. That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 2000R -125 be amended by changing the salary range for
the following classifications:
Classification From To
Accountant Non - exempt CR06 CR08
Accountant X CR06 X CR08
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said amendment to
Resolution No. 2000R -125 is June 2, 2006.
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as amended herein, Resolution
No. 2000R -125 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim this 30th day of May , 2006, by the following role call vote:
AYES: Mayor Pringle, Council Members Sidhu, Hernandez, Galloway, Chavez
