A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING SECTION 7 OF RESOLUTION 2000R-122 ADJUSTING
RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR JOB
CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 2000-122 superseded Section 8 of Resolution No. 92R-19
establishing rates of compensation for job Gassifications designated as Executive Management;
and
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report dated
June 13, 2006, that automobile allowance rates for job classifications designated as Executive
Management be amended.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim as
follows:
That Section 7 of Resolution 2000-122 be amended in its entirety to read as follows:
"Section 7. All classifications listed under Section 1 of this Resolution plus City Council
Members are eligible to receive an automobile allowance per biweekly pay period as follows:
Mayor and City Council Members $300 biweekly
Executive Managers (Excluding City Manager) $300 biweekly
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED this Resolution shall be effective upon adoption by the
City Council.
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as amended hereby, Resolution No.
2000R-122, as amended shall continue in full force and effect.

THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council this
13th day of June , 2006, by the following roll call vote:
