A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION N0.2000R-123
ADJUSTING RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR JOB
CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 2000-123 established rates of compensation for job
classifications designated as Administrative Management; and
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report
dated June 13, 2006, that amending Section 8 of resolution No. 2000-123 relating to
automobile allowance rates is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
„^ Anaheim as follows:
Section 1. That Section 8 of Resolution 2000-123 be amended to reflect new
automobile allowance rates for certain Administrative Managers, as follows:
"Section 8.
The classifications listed below are eligible to receive an auto allowance per
biweekly pay period as stated below. The need for continuation of this benefit for these
classifications will be reviewed by the City Manager at such time as individual positions
become vacant.
"Administrative Mangers in the following classifications: $250 biweekly
Assistant General Manager -Electric Services
Assistant General Manager -Finance & Administration
Assistant General Manager -Water Services
Assistant General Manager -Utilities Joint Services"
"Administrative Mangers in the following classifications: $225 biweekly
Deputy City Engineer
Risk Manager
TrafFc and Transportation Manage'
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED this Resolution shall be effective upon adoption by
the City Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as amended hereby, Resolution No.
2000R-123, as amended, shall continue in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
this 13th day of June , 2006, by the following roll call vote:
