99-097 RESOLUTION NO. 99R- 97
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AIVIENDING RESOLUTIONS NO. 92R-18, 92R-20, AND 92R-21
WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR CLASSIFICATIONS
DESIGNATED AS PROFESSIONAL, SUPERVISORY AND MIDDLE MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report dated May- 18, 1999, that
Resolutions No. 92R-18, 92R-20 and 92R-21 be amended in the manner hereinafter set forth, effective May 14,
1999; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that amending Resolutions No. 92R-18
92R-20 and 92R-21 is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolutions No. 92R-18, 92R-20 and 92R-21
which established rates of compensation for classifications designated as Professional, Supervisory,, and Middle
Management.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim as follows:
1. That, Section 2 of Resolution No. 92R-18 (Professional) be amended by abolishing the following
classification:
Classification Salary RanRe
Senior Structural Engineer X CR12
2. That Section 2 of Resolution No. 92R-18 (Professional) be amended by adding the following
classification:
Classification Salary Range
Senior Plans Examiner X CRI 3
3. That Section 2 of Resolution No. 92R-20 (Supervisory) be amended by changing the salary range for
the following classification to read as follows:
Classification Salary Range
Code Enforcement Supervisor XU CR10
4. That Section 2 of Resolution No. 92R-21 (Middle Management) be amended by abolishing the
following classification:
Classification Salary Range
Building Field Operations Supervisor XU CR13
5. That Section 2 of Resolution No. 92R-21 (Middle Management) be amended by adding the following
classification:
Salan' Range
XU CR16
BE IT FLIRTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said mnendments to Resolutions No. 92R-18,
92R-20 and 92R-21 is May 14, 1999.

AND, BE IT FLIRTHER RESOLVED that, except as amended herein, Resolutions No. 92R-18, 92R-20,
and 92R-21 shall remain in full force and effect.
