RESOLUTION NO. 2006 -175
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM VACATING ELECTRICAL AND PUBLIC UTILITY
EASEMENTS LOCATED AT 374 COUNTRY HILL ROAD
PURSUANT TO CALIFORNIA STREETS AND HIGHWAY
CODE SECTIONS 8330 ET SEQ. -SUMMARY VACATION.
(Abandonment No. ABA 2006-00 1 3 1.)
WHEREAS, an applicant has requested the vacation of that portion of an electrical
utility easement and a public utility easement located at 374 Country Hill Road, Anaheim, California,
to facilitate the construction of a single family dwelling unit; and
WHEREAS, the easements to be vacated are superseded by relocation of electrical
facilities and there are no other public facilities located within the easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Anaheim does hereby order the vacation of a portion of that electrical utility easement as set forth in
a Grant of Easement, recorded March 16, 1951 in Book 2159, Page 413 of Official Records, Orange
County, California, lying within the boundaries of Parcel 1 of Parcel Map No. 88-290, as per map
recorded in Book 267, pages 14 and 15 of Parcel Map, Records of said County, and the abandonment
of that 10' public utility easement dedicated and delineated on Parcel Map No. 88-290, as per map
recorded in Book 267, Pages 14 and 15 of Parcel Maps, Records of Orange County California, lying
within the boundaries of Parcel 1 of said Parcel Map, as shown in Exhibit "A" and, attached hereto
and incorporated herein by this reference.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she is hereby authorized
and directed, to cause a certified copy of this Resolution to be recorded in the Office of the Recorder
of the County of Orange.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that from and after the date the certified copy of this
Resolution is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of the County of Orange, the vacation shall be
complete and the public service easements vacated shall no longer constitute public service
easements.

State of California, described as follows:
That portion of an easement for an electric line as set forth in a Grant
of Easement recorded March 16, 1951 in Book 2159, Page 413 of
Official Records, Orange County, California, lying within the
boundaries of Parcel 1 of Parcel Map No. 88-290, as per map recorded
in Book 267, Pages 14 and 15 of Parcel Maps, Records of said
County.
That 10' public utility easement as dedicated and delineated on Parcel
1 of Parcel Map No. 88-290, as per map recorded in Book 267 Pages
