Since the observations were not performed on a full-time bases, there may be non-compliant items that were not readily observable and cannot be attested. Electrical Scope of Work shown as follows: • Expand existing Men's restroom to add lighting fixtures and plumbing hardware sensors. • Add new Women's restroom with new lighting and plumbing hardware sensors. • Add new beverage center with casework with power for two coffee machines and two soda dispensers. • Add power for news water heater and for two new ceiling fans for the beverage center. • Add CO2 Alarm System and CO2 System conduit to tanks. • Add lighting fixtures and receptacle to plumbing chase. • Reconnect power to new rooftop exhaust fan. • Add new lighting fixtures connected via dimming system throughout the Lounge space. • Provide Power and lighting fixtures with dimming control in the new Decision and Meeting Rooms and LED Drapes. • Add telephone/data Communication Systems outlets throughout the space. • Add Audio System speakers and controls throughout the lounge. • Adjusted controls for existing working lighting fixtures.
