RESOLUTION NO. 66R- 42
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A DEED FROM GAR-LO, INC.
QUITCLAIMING TO THE CITY OF ~AHEIM LOT "A"
OF TRACT NO. 4958.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of acquiring the hereinafter described real property
for street purposes; and
WHEREAS GAR-LO, INC., the owner of said property,
has offered to quitclaim the same to the City of Anaheim in
accordance with the terms of an irrevocable offer of dedication,
executed on December 3, 1964 by GAR-LO, INC. and recorded in
Book 7358, page 319 of Official Records of Orange County, Cali-
fornia, as the same was modified by agreement between the City
and said GAR-LO, INC.; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the
City of Anaheim to accept a Quitclaim Deed for said real
property;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City 01 Anaheim tlutt the offer of GAR-LO INC. to
quitclaim to the City of Anaheim the following Aescri~ed real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, and more particularly described as follows:
Lot "A" of Tract No. 4958, as shown on a Map recorded
in Book 208, pages 48, 49 and 50 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a
Quitclaim Deed for said property.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
18th day of January, 1966.
