69R-100WHEREAS, the City Council did, on December 3, 1968,
adopt Resolution No. 68R -742 in Reclassification Proceedings
No. 68 -69 -40 finding and determining that the property and
area therein described should be changed from R -A, AGRICULTURAL
ZONE to R -1, ONE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, subject to the
following condition:
That a final tract map of subject property
shall be submitted to the City Council for
approval and then recorded in the. Office of
the. Orange County Recorder.
AND WHEREAS,. the. City Council finds that said
resolution should be amended to provide that ordinances
shall be .adopted reclassifying each tract of subject property
at such time as a final map of such tract is recorded in the
Office of the. Orange NCounty Recorder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the .City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 68R -742 in
Reclassification Proceedings No. 68 -69 -40 be, and the
same is hereby amended to provide that ordinances shall
be adopted reclassifying each tract of subject property
at such time as a final map of such tract is recorded in the
Office of the Orange County Recorder.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects
said Resolution No. 68R -742 be, and remain in full force
and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
