FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered
and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
of Anaheim that the offer of
LEWIS R. SCHMID and JUDITH E. SCHMID, husband and wife
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for
road and public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across that portion of Lot 1 of Tract No. 6646, as shown
on a Map thereof recorded in Book 249, pages 38 and 39 of Mis-
cellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County, described as
follows:
Beginning in the Southeast corner of said Tract 6646; thence
South 89° 56' 28" West a distance of 23 feet; thence North 0°
05' 09" East a distance of 96.15 feet to the beginning of a
tangent curve concave Southwesterly and having a radius of 25
feet; thence Northerly and Westerly along said curve through
a central angle of 84° 16' 40" an arc distance of 36.77 feet
to the beginning of a curve concave Southerly and having a radius
of 368 feet, a radial line bearing North 5° 48' 29" East passes
through the point of beginning of said curve; thence Northwesterly
along said curve through a central angle of 5° 52' 01" an arc

ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
