A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR EASEMENTS FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: Easements for road and public
utility purposes; and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the offer of DESIDERIO GONZALES, a
single man to sell to the City of Anaheim the following des-
cribed real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, to be used for easements for
road and public utility purposes, and more particularly described
as follows:
PARCEL ONE:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Westerly 20.25 feet of the North-
erly 34 feet, and the Westerly 28 feet of the Northerly
9 feet of Vineyard Lot "G -5 as shown on a Map recorded
in Book 4, pages 629 and 630 of Deeds, records of Los
Angeles County, California.
PARCEL TWO:
An'easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Northerly 6 feet of the Westerly
124.50 feet of Vineyard Lot "G -5 as shown on a Map
recorded in Book 4, pages 629 and 630 of Deeds, records
of Los Angeles County, California.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 11th day of February 19 69.
