A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT
UTILITY PURPOSES.

ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for
road and public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of
BRUNSWICK PROPERTIES, INC., a Delaware Corporation
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for
road and public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over
under and across that portion of the West half of the
Southeast quarter of Section 23, Township 4 South, Range
10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as
shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscel-
laneous Maps, records of said County, described as follows:
Beginning at a point 45 feet East of and 32 feet North of
the Southwest corner of the land conveyed to Brunswick
Properties, Inc. by deed recorded July 30, 1962 in Book
6194, page 443 of Official Records of said County; thence
North 0° 13' 45" West, parallel to the West line of said
land, 15.00 feet to the beginning of a non tangent curve,
concave Northeasterly and having a radius of 15 feet, a
radial line bearing South 89° 46' 15" West passes through
said point; thence Southeasterly along said curve through
a central angle of 90° 00' 00 an arc distance of 23.56
feet to a point in a line parallel with and distant
Northerly 32 feet (measured at right angles) from the
South line of said land; thence along said parallel line
South 89° 46' 15" West, 15.00 feet to the point of beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance
of the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay
to the owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds
of the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
