69R-069WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit,
on June 25, 1968, adopt Resolution No. 68R -354 in Reclassifi-
cation Proceedings No. 67 -68 -42 finding and determining that
the property and area therein described should be changed
from R -1, One Family Residential Zone to C -1, General
Commercial Zone, subject to certain conditions set forth in
said resolution; and
WHEREAS, Condition No. 5 of Resolution No. 68R 354
reads as follows:
"5. That a parcel map to record the approved
division of subject property shall be
submitted to the City of Anaheim for
approval, and then recorded in the. Office
of the Orange County Recorder."
AND, WHEREAS, Harker Development Corp., owner of
subject property, has requested that Condition No. 5 be
deleted from said resolution inasmuch as its application
for a conditional use permit to establish a service station
on a portion of said property, which would have required a
lot split, was denied by the City Council, and Harker Development
Corp. has no current plan to split the property; and
WHEREAS, after a careful consideration of the matter,
the City Council does find that said request should be
granted and that Resolution No. 68R -354 should be amended by
deleting Condition No. 5.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 68R -354 in
Reclassification Proceedings No. 67 -68 -42 be, and the same
is hereby amended by deleting therefrom Condition No. 5.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects
said Resolution No. 68R -354 be, and remain in full force
and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
