RESOLUTION NO. 66R-2L
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM FINDING AND DETERKDlING
THAT NO PROTESTS, EITHER WRITTEN OR ORAL,
WERE MADE IN THE PROCEEDINGS FOR THE
IMPROVEMENTS CONTEMPLATED TO BE MADE BY
THE. CITY OF ANAHEIM uNDER THE STREET
LIGHTING ACT OF 1931--STREET LIGHTING
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 1965-3.
WHEREAS, the City Council did on December 14, 1965
adopt Resolution No. 65R-9l6 setting the 18th day of January,
1966 at the hour of 1:30 o'clock P.M. in the Council Chambers
of the City Hall in the City of Anaheim as the day, hour and
place when and where any and all persons having any objections
to the proposed improvements to be made by the City under the
Street L~ghting Act of 1931, in Street Lighting Assessment
District 1965-3, might appear and show cause why the proposed
improvements should not be carried out; and
WHEREAS, said hearing on protests was held on the
18th day of January, 1966; and
WHEREAS, no protests, either written or oral, were
made in the proceedings for the improvements contemplated.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City ot Anaheim that it does find and declare that no
protests, either written or oral, were made at said hearing
held on January 18, 1966 in the proceedings for certain con-
templated improvements to be made by the City under the Street
Lighting Act of 1931, in Street Lighting Assessment District
1965-3.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 18th day of January, 1966.
