A RISOUJTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAhEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEH1 CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EAS~lENT FOR ROAD A~D PUBLIC UTILITY

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous
of pur:;ha s1.ng the hereinafter described real property for municipal
purposdsD to wit: An easement for road and public utility purposes

WHEREAS, the owners of said property ha ve offered to sell

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
