OF ANAhEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEIVlENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTlL ITY

WHEREASD t,he City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous
of pur:;has1.ng the hereinafter described real property for municipal
purposds~ to wit~ An easement for road and J.JUblic utilitv purposes
