OF ANAhEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASIDtIENT FOR ROAD AND puBLIC UTILITY
PURPOS ES.
WHEREASg the C1 ty Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous
of pur,';has1.ng 'the hereinafter described real property for municipal

across that parcel of land described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the West line of Lot 2 of the Helen and
Lynch Addition, being a subdivision of tre West half of Section
16, Township 1+ South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. & M., said point of
beginninrJ being distant Soutr1erly u22.00 feet of the Northwest
corner of said Lot 2; thence N. 890 06t 15" East a distance of
