An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across the Easterly 45 feet, as
measured at right angles to the center line of
Harbor Boulevard, of Lot 104 of Tract 1453, as
shown on a Map recorded in Boc;>>k 42, pages 41 and
42 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California. .
For the purpose of this description~ the Easterly
line of said Lot 104 is assumed to be the center
line of Harbor Boulevard.

City of Anaheim, and that ~he City of naheim accept a convey-
ance of said p~operty.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
