WHEREAS., the G1 ty PlannIng CommissIon of the City of Anaheim
nas heretofore duly passed and aaopted B resolution declaring its inten-
tion to change the brnlndaries of the zone or zones hereinafter men-
cjoned and described and did fix a time ~nd place for the holding of
a public hearing thereon in the manner and as prescribed in Article
:X, Chapter 2 of the Anaheim Muni(~ ipa I Code. and did duly hold and
onduct s'1"h public hearing to consider said proposed change of zone
or ~ones. and did receive evidence and reports from persons interested
rherein; and
WhEREAS, wicnin a period of f'orty (40) days following the
Pin:)l hearing thereon, the Planning Commission did duly announce by
formal resol,.tion its findinq;s of facts and declare its opinions and
re8sons for recommendi.ng an amendment to said Article IX. Chapter 2
of t~e Anaheim Municipal Code to effect the proposed changes in the

WHEREAS" .lpon f'eceipt of -ehe report and recommendation of
