A RESOLUT=ON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
COI~rEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD
AND ~UBLIC UTILITY ~URPOSES.
WHEREAS, the

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of m~~ MEGER. an unmarried woman. and
HULDA H~~ERLING. a married woman who acquired title as tlulda Meger,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for road and public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over.
under and across the Easterly 53.00 feet and the
Southerly 45.00 feet of that parcel of land described
as follows:
The East ~ of the Northeast .~ of the Northeast i of
Section 17. Township 4 South, Range 10 West, San
Bernardino Base and Meridian;
EXCEPTING THEREFROM, that portion conveyed to the
City of Anaheim by deed recorded March la, 1959 in
Book 4620, Page 250, Records of Orange County,
California, also;
EXCEPTING THEREFROM, that portion conveyed to the
State of California by deed recorded in Book 4032,
Page 103, September 11, 1957, Records of Orange
County, California.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM, all oil, gas and mineral rights
but without the right to enter upon the land conveyed
hereunder except below a depth of 150 feet.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said propertyo

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor or the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out or General Mlnds or the City or Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this
