for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for
road and public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of ROBBIE KAUFMAN, a
widow and JAMES NORMAN MORGAN, a single man

CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for
road and public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across that portion of Block 8 of the Replat of the
Orchard Park Tract, City of Anaheim, as shown on a Map re-
corded in Book 7, page 6 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwesterly corner of said Block 8, said
Northwesterly corner, for the purpose of this description,
being the centerline intersection of South Street with the
centerline of Harbor Boulevard, formerly Palm Street; thence
Southerly along the centerline of said Harbor Boulevard, a
distance of 229.5 feet; thence Easterly 45 feet, as measured
at right angles to said centerline of Harbor Boulevard, to
an intersection with a line parallel with and distant 45 feet
Easterly of the centerline of Harbor Boulevard; thence
Northerly along the last mentioned parallel line 183.30 feet
to the beginning of a tangent curve concave Southeasterly,
having a radius of 15 feet; thence Northerly and Easterly
along said curve through a central angle of 89° 49' 35" an arc
distance of 23.52 feet to a point in a line that is parallel
with and distant 31.25 feet Southerly of the centerline of
South Street; thence Northerly to a point on the centerline
of said South Street, said point being Easterly 59.91 feet
from the point of beginning; thence Westerly 59.91 feet along
the centerline of South Street, to the point of beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance
of the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay
to the owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds
of the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
