A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ELECTRICAL TRANS-
FORMER, UNDERGROUND CABLES AND APPURTENANCES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for electrical
transformer, underground cables and appurtenances
and
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of FRANCIS D. SCHBILTZ and
CLEONE C. SCHULTZ, husband and wife,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for electrical
transformer, underground cables and appurtenances
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for electrical transformer, under-
ground cables and appurtenances over, under and
across the Southerly 5 feet of the Easterly 5
feet of Lot 30, Tract 5999, as shown on a Map
recorded in Book 221, pages 39 to 41, inclusive,
of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance
of the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay
to the owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds
of the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 7th day of January 19 69
