A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO
THE GENERAL PLAN DESIGNATED AS AMENDMENT
NO, 110
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did hold a public hearing to consider an amendment to
the General Plan in the general location and vicinity of the
property described in Reclassification Proceedings No, 68 -69 -29
and being generally bounded by:
Sunkist Street on the west;
Proposed westward extension of Hilda Lane on the north;
Proposed Orange Freeway off -ramp on the east; and
Ball Road on the south,
and comprising approximately en (10) acres, as shown and
described on Exhibit "G.' du approved by said Planning Com-
mission, and at said hearing did receive evidence and reports
from persons interested therein; and
WHEREAS, following said hearing thereon the Planning Com-
mission did duly adopt a resolution containing a report of its find-
ings, a summary of the evidence presented at said hearing, and a
recommendation that said amendment to the General Plan, designated
as Amendment No, iin be adopted by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, summary of
evidence, report of findings, and recommendation of the City Plan-
ning Commission, the City Council did fix the day of

Ha of t he City of Anaheim as the place for a public hearing upon
said proposed Amendment No. 110 to the General Plan and did
give notice thereof in the manner and as provided by law; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did duly hold and conduct such public
hearing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity
to be heard and did receive evidence and reports and did thereupon
consider the recommendations of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine that
Amendment No. 110 to the General Plan, encompassing the afore-
mentioned and genera ly described property included within the
proposed amendment to the General Plan, as shown on Exhibit C
duly approved by the City Planning Commission and on file in tthe
City Planning Department, should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Amendment No, ilo to the General Plan,
encompassing the aforementioned and generally described property,
as shown on said Exhibit Hen be, and the same is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Planning Department be,
and it is hereby instructed, to amend the General Plan Map to
conform to General Plan Amendment No. 110 herein approved.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 17th day of December, 1968.
