1968-748WHEREAS, an agreement was entered into between the
City of Anaheim and Harold Watts on the 28th day of May, 1968,
for the furnishing of all labor and equipment to cut and
remove all weeds upon all lots, parcels and areas within the
City of Anaheim, as directed by the Superintendent of Streets,
Work Order No. 426 -297; and
WHEREAS, the parties to said agreement desire to
extend said agreement, in accordance with its terms, to
December 16, 1968.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that an amendment to the agreement between
the City of Anaheim and Harold dated May 28, 1968, be
made and entered into between the parties to said agreement,
providing as follows:
That that certain agreement made and entered
into on the 28th day of May, 1968 shall remain
and continue in full force and effect to and
including December 16, 1968.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute such
amendment to agreement for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 3rd day of December, 1968.
