A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO
THE GENERAL PLAN DESIGNATED AS AMENDMENT
NO. 111
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did hold a public hearing to consider an amendment to
the General Plan in the general location and vicinity of the
property described in Reclassification Proceedings No, 68 -69 -38
and being generally bounded by:
Crowther Avenue on the north;
Kraemer Boulevard (Dowling Avenue) on the east;
Orangethorpe Avenue on the south; and
City limits of the City of Placentia on the west,
and comprising approximately (9� acres, as shown and
described on Exhibit duly approved by said Planning Com-
mission, and at said hearing did receive evidence and reports
from persons interested therein; and
WHEREAS, following said hearing thereon the Planning Com-
mission did duly adopt a resolution containing a report of its find-
ings, a summary of the evidence presented at said hearing, and a
recommendation that said amendment to the General Plan, designated
as Amendment No, 13.1_, be adopted by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, summary of
evidence, report of findings, and recommendation of the City Plan-
ning Commission, the City Council did fix the 3rd day of
neps mh r 19jas the time and the Council Chamber in the City
Hall of the City of Anaheim as the place for a public hearing upon
said proposed Amendment No. 111 to the General Plan and did
give notice thereof in the manner and as provided by law; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did duly hold and conduct such public
hearing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity
to be heard and did receive evidence and reports and did thereupon
consider the recommendations of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine that
Amendment No, 111 to the General Plan, encompassing the afore-
mentioned and generally described property included within the
proposed amendment to the General Plan, as shown on Exhibit "A"
duly approved by the City Planning Commission and on file in the
City Planning Department, should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Amendment No, 1 to the General Plan,
encompassing the aforementioned and genera y described property,
as shown on said Exhibit "A" be, and the same is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Planning Department be,
and it is hereby instructed, to amend the General Plan Map to
conform to General Plan Amendment No. 111 herein approved,
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 3rd day of December, 1968.
