A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of
LOIS M. HOFFMAN
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across that portion of the Southwest
quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 3,
Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San
Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as per Map recorded in
Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
said Orange County, described as follows:
Beginning at the centerline intersection of La Palma
Avenue and Sabina Street; thence South 89° 52' 02"
East along the centerline of said La Palma Avenue a
distance of 219.94 feet; thence North 0° 07' 58" East
a distance of 53 feet; thence North 89° 52' 02" sA est
a distance of 175.02 feet to the beginning of a
tangent curve concave Northeasterly and having a
radius of 15 feet; thence Northwesterly and North-
westerly and Northerly along said curve through a
central angle of 89° 55' 47" an arc distance of 23.54
feet; thence North 89° 56' 15" West a distance of 30
feet to the centerline of said Sabina Street; thence
South 0° 03' 45" West along the said centerline of
said Sabina Street a distance of 67.94 feet to the
point of beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance
of the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay
to the owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds
of the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
