City of Anaheim secured a

of way of the Los Angeles
its Lessee,. Union Pacific
WHEREAS, by way
riders, said encroachment
year 1968; and
WHEREAS, said railroad companies have ,forwarded for
execution duplicate originals of a riderr extending the term
of the encroachment license to and including November 23, 1973;
and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of
Anaheim to accept such extension of license rather than incur
substantial expense in the removal of said 24 -inch storm drain.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that its Mayor and City Clerk be, and they
are hereby authorized and directed to execute duplicate originals
of the rider extending the term of agreement between the rail-
roads and the City of Anaheim to and including November 23, 1973.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 26th day of November, 1968.
