A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
OF UTILITIES AGREEMENT NO. 7UT -3916 WITH THE
STATE OF CALIFORNIA, FOR RELOCATION OF A 12KV
POWER DISTRIBUTION CIRCUIT, STATION 174 +00 TO
185 +80 (RIVERSIDE FREEWAY -ROUTE 55/91 INTER-
CHANGE TO RIVERSIDE COUNTY LINE).`
WHEREAS, construdtion of the Riverside Freeway, Road
07- Ora -91 9.2/13.9, requires the relocation of a 12KV power
distribution circuit Station 174 +00 to 185 +80 (Riverside Free-
way -Route 55/91 Interchange to Riverside County Line); and
WHEREAS, the cost of said work is to be borne by
the State, because a certain recorded easement establishes
the City's prior rights; 'and
WHEREAS, the State of California, Department of Public
Works, Division of Highways, has submitted to the City Council
'Utilities Agreement No. 7UT -3916, date1 October 8, 1968, to
be made and entered into by and between the City and the State
for the relocation of a 12KV power distribution circuit, Station
174 +00 to 185 +80 (Riverside Freeway -Route 55/91 Interchange
to Riverside County Line), at an estimated cost to the State
of $1,800.00, upon the terms and conditions and in accordance
with the procedure set forth in said agreement; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be
for the benefit and best interest of the City to enter into
said agreement with the State of California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Utilities Agreement No. 7UT -3916,
dated October 8, 1968, this day submitted to the City Council
by the State of California, Department of Public Works, Divi-
sion of Highways, to be made and entered into by and between
the City and the State for the relocation of a 12KV power dis-
tribution circuit, Station 174 +00 to 185 +80 (Riverside Free-
way -Route 55/91 Interchange to Riverside County Line), at an
estimated cost to the State of $1,800.00, upon the terms and
conditions and in accordance with the procedure set forth in
said agreement, be, and the same is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said agreement
for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 19th day of November, 1968.
