RESOLUTION NO c 66R-212
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHE 1M ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes
and

WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha-!-- offered
to sell and convey the same to the City, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of ANAHEIM CITY SCHOOL
DISTRICT OF OUNGE COUNTY
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes ; ii
, and more particularly described as 0 ows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Northerly 30.00 feet <as measured at
right angles from the centerline of Palm Lane) of the
following described parcel of land:
Lot 26, Anaheim Investment Company's Tract, as per Map
recorded in Book 7, pages 33 and 34 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County.
Excepting therefrom the Southerly 330.18 feet.
Note: For the purpose of this description, the Northerly
line of said Lot 26 is assumed to be the centerline of
Palm Lane.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accep~ a convey-
ance of said p~operty.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
