AN EASEMENT GRANT DEED
ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
Public utility Purposes
and
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that portion of the West half of the
West half of the Northeast quarter of the Northwest
quarter of Section 24, Township 4 South, Range 10 West,
in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, described as
follows:
Excepting therefrom the Westerly 10 feet of the
53 feet.
Also excepting therefrom the Westerly 1.00 foot
Southerly 456.64 feet.
of the
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of
MARJORIE J. TALT and
ALAN R. TALT, wife and husband,
Beginning in the Northwest corner of the said West half
of the West half of the Northeast quarter of the North-
west quarter of Section 24, Township 4 South, Range 10
West; thence South 0 13' 40" East a distance of 659.64
feet; thence South 89° 58' 35" East a distance of 330.03
feet; thence North 0° 14' 40" West a distance of 50 feet;
thence North 89° 58' 35" West a distance of 260.10 feet
to the beginning of a tangent curve concave Northeasterly
and having a radius of 15 feet; thence Westerly and
Northwesterly along said curve through a central angle of
89° 43' 55" an arc distance of 23.49 feet; thence North
0° 14' 40" West a distance of 526.58 feet to the beginning
of a tangent curve concave Southeasterly and having a
radius of 15 feet; thence Northerly and Easterly along
said curve through a central angle of 90° 19' 04" an arc
distance of 23.65 feet; thence South 89° 55' 36" East a
distance of 259.94 feet; thence North 0 14' 40" West a
distance of 53 feet; thence North 89 55' 36" West a
distance of 330.03 feet to the point of beginning.
Northerly
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance
of the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay
to the owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds
of the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 19th day of November 1968
