1968-714WHEREAS, G. G. Liekhus and C. M. Bengochea having filed a written application for a house moving permit to move a dwelling house from 101 West MacArthur Manor, Anaheim, California to 825 North Topeka Street, Anaheim, California; and WHEREAS, said application having been set for public hearing on the 19th day of November, 1968, at the hour of 1:30 o'clock P.M. and notice of the time and place fixed for said public hearing having been given by mail to all persons residing within a radius of three hundred feet from the property upon which it is proposed to move said dwelling house, building or structure, at least ten days prior to the date fixed for said hearing, as the names of such owners appeared on the last available tax assessment roll; and WHEREAS, said matter having come on regularly for hearing upon said date and said hearing having been duly held and conducted and all persons interested therein given an opportunity to be heard, and the City Council having duly considered said application together with all evidence and reports submitted in connection therewith, does find that said application should be granted subject to the following conditions: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that the application of G. G. Liekhus and C. M. Bengochea for a house moving permit to move a dwelling house from 101 West MacArthur Manor, Anaheim, California, to 825 North Topeka Street, Anaheim, California, be, and the same is hereby, granted subject to the conditions hereinbefore set forth, and further subject to compliance with all of the provisions of Title 15, Chapter 15.32 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to the moving of buildings from a point within the City of Anaheim onto a lot within the City of Anaheim. THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this 19th day of November, 1968. That the owners of the property on which it is proposed to move said dwelling house shall pay to the City of Anaheim a Park and Recreation Fee of $150.00 on the new unit. 2. That a minimum front yard setback of 20 feet shall be provided to conform with adjoining structures.
