RESOLUTION NO. 68R -693
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 66R -588 IN
RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS NO. 66 -67 -8.
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit,
on Sekotember 6, 1966 adopt Resolution No. 66R -588 in Reclassi-
fication Proceedings No. 66 -67 -8 finding and determining that
the property and area therein described should be changed from
R 1, ONE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE to C 1, GENERAL COMMERCIAL
ZONE, subject to the certain conditions set forth in said reso-
lution; and
WHEREAS, Condition No. 4 of Resolution No. 66R -588
reads as follows:
"4. That the owners of subject property
shall dedicate to the City of Anaheim
all vehicular access rights to Euclid
Street."
AND WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said condi-
tion should be deleted from Resolution No. 66R -588.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 66R -588 in Reclassi-
fication Proceedings No, 66 -67 -8 be, and the same is hereby
amended by deleting therefrom Condition No. 4.
The foregoing resolution is approved and signed by
me this 6th day of November, 1968.
