A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
and
lic utility purposes
WHEREAS, the ownerg of said property have
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of
FRANK J. STUECKLE. HELEN JOSEPHINE STUECKLE and
FRANCES MILLINGS. formerly known as Frances
Stneakle,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that portion of Vineyard Lot H -4, as
shown on a Map recorded in Book 4, pages 629 and 630
of Deeds, in the office of the County Recorder of Los
Angeles County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at the centerline intersection of Anaheim
Boulevard, formerly known as Los Angeles Street, and
Water Street, as shown on a Map of Tract No. 373 recorded
in Book 15, page 49 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
said Orange County; thence South 15° 30' 00" East along
the centerline of said Anaheim Boulevard a distance of
36.83 feet; thence South 74° 30' 00" West a distance of
40 feet to the beginning of a curve concave Southwest-
erly and having a radius of 15 feet, a radial line
bearing North 74° 30' 00" East passes through the
point of beginning of said curve; thence Northerly and
Westerly along said curve through a central angle of
90° 05' 00" an arc distance of 23.58 feet; thence
North 15° 35' 00" West a distance of 21.75 feet to an
intersection with the centerline of said Water Street;
thence North 74° 25' 00" East along the said centerline
of said Water Street, a distance of 55.05 feet to the
point of beginning.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance
of the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay
to the owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds
of the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
