RESOLUTION NO. 68R- 678
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ELECTRICAL POWER
LINES AND POLES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
cipal purposes, to wit: An easement for electrical
lines and poles
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered
and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
of Anaheim that the offer of Benjamin Kummerfeld and
Ursula Kummerfeld, husband and wife
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for electrical
power lines and poles
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for electrical power lines and poles over,
under and across the Easterly 10 feet of the Northerly
55 feet of the West 107.55 feet of the North 2 acres
of the South 4 acres of the Southeast quarter of the
Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section
8, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho Los
Coyotes, as shown on a Map thereof recorded in Book 51
page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance
of the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay
to the owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds
of the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
