RESOLUTION NO. 68R_ 677
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR PEDESTRIAN
CROSSWALK.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for pedestrian
crosswalk
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for
pedestrian crosswalk
and more particularly described as follows:
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of Roscoe Robert Rodgers
and Louise Edith Rodgers, husband and wife
An easement for a pedestrian crosswalk over and across
the Southeasterly 5.00 feet of Lot 90 of Tract No. 2833,
recorded in Book 85, pages 7 and 8 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance
of City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay
to owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds
of City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
