1968-671WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit,
on February 11, 1964, adopt Resolutions Nos. 64R -104 and
64R -106 granting Conditional Use Permits Nos. 465 and 466,
respectively, permitting the establishment of multiple family
planned residential developments on the properties therein
described, subject to certain conditions set forth in said
resolutions; and
WHEREAS, said properties not having been developed
under said conditional use permits, the City Planning
Commission did, on February 28, 1966, adopt Resolution
No. 1949, Series 1965 -66, granting Variance No. 1766 permitting
subject properties to be developed for single family residences
on 5,000 square foot lots; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that a portion of
subject properties has been developed with single family
homes on 5,000 square foot lots, and that reclassification
proceedings are now pending to reclassify said properties to
the R- 2- 5000, One Family Zone; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that,
in view of the above facts, all proceedings in connection
with Conditional Use Permits Nos. 465 and 466 should be
terminated and Resolutions Nos. 64R -104 and 64R -106 declared
null and void.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE- IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that all proceedings in connection
with Conditional Use Permits Nos. 465 and 466 be, and the
same are hereby terminated; and that Resolutions Nos. 64R -104
and 64R -106 be, and the same are hereby declared null and
void from and after this date.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 29th day of October, 1968.
