RESOLUTION NO. 68R- 661
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING PROCEDURE FOR THE
PAYMENT OF PARK AND RECREATION FEES ON TRACTS,
VARIANCES, CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS, RECLASSIFI-
CATIONS AND TRAILER PARKS.
WHEREAS, the City Council did on August 2, 1966
establish fees to be charged for subdivisions in conformity
with Section 17.08.404 of the Anaheim Municipal Code, by
Resolution No. 66R -526, and subsequently, on October 22, 1968,
amended said Resolution as to the fees to be charged as to all
residential development in the City by Resolution No. 68R -659;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to establish the
to govern the payment of said Park and Recreation
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
of Anaheim that the procedure for the payment of
Recreation Fees shall be as follows:
1. For all tracts, subdivisions, variances, condi-
tional use permits, reclassifications and trailer parks, where
original proceedings are .commenced after October 22, 1968,
the full amounts of fees established by Resolution No. 68R -659.
2. All tracts, subdivisions, variances, conditional
use permits, reclassifications and trailer parks which have
commenced their proceedings in the City prior to October 22,
1968, and have actually paid their fees prior to May 1, 1969,
shall pay the sum provided in Resolution No. 66R -526 of the City
of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 29th day of October, 1968.
