A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 68R -426 AND AMENDING RATE OF
COMPENSATION FOR THE JOB CLASS OF SENIOR RIGHT OF WAY
REPRESENTATIVE.
WHEREAS, the Personnel Director and City Manager have recommended
on October 10, 1968, that the rate of compensation be adjusted for a certain
classification in the Engineering Division of the Public Works Department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that the job class of Senior Right of Way Representative be reallocated
from compensation schedule X 50 ($727 883) to schedule X 54 ($801 -974).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this Resolution
shall be October 11, 1968.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this 22nd
October 1968.
