A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
66R -526 ESTABLISHING FEES TO BE CHARGED
BY THE CITY IN CONNECTION WITH TITLE 17,
LAND DEVELOPMENT AND RESOURCES, CHAPTER
1708, SUBDIVISIONS, OF THE ANAHEIM MUNI-
CIPAL CODE.
WHEREAS, the City Council did on August 2, 1966,
adopt Resolution No. 66R -526 establishing fees to be charged
in connection with subdivisions; and
WHEREAS, Item 5 of the fees established by said
Resolution reads as follows:
"5. PARK AND RECREATION FEE $25.00 per lot."
AND WHEREAS, the City Council finds that Item 5
of Resolution No. 66R -526 should be amended as follows:
"5
(b) $150.00 per apartment unit.
(c) $100.00 per trailer space in trailer parks."
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 66R -526 be, and
the same is hereby amended by amending Item 5 of the fees
established by said Resolution to read as follows:
PARK AND RECREATION FEES:
(a) $250.00 per dwelling unit for R -1 and
R -2 -5000 lots.
(b) $150.00 per apartment unit.
(c) $100.00 per trailer space in trailer parks."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects
said Resolution No. 66R -526 be, and remain in full force and
effect.

THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
by me this 22nd day of October 1968.
