A RESOLUT:ON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEY 11m TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR
ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the
desirous of purchasing
municipal purposes, to
utility purposes
City Council of the City of Anaheim is
the hereinafter described real property for
wit: An easement for road and public

WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to
sell and convey the same to tEe City; and ---
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of L-M CORPORATION

Commencing at a point in the centerline of Brookhurst
Street! said point being the SW corner of the NW; of
the SW4 of Section 17, Township 4 South, Range 10 West,
San Bernardino Base & Meridian; thence N. 00 40' 06" East
along the centerline of Brookhurst Street 124.31 feet;
thence Easterly at right angles 30.00 feet to the true
point of be~inning; thence N. 00 40' 06" East 30.00 feet;
thence Easterly at right angles 20.00 feet to a point,
said point being the beginning of a curve concave
northeasterly and having a radius of 22.5 feet; thence
Southerly and Southeasterly along said curve through a
central angle of 360 52' 12" an arc distance of 14.48
feet to the beginning of a curve concave Southwesterly
and having a radius of 27.5 feet; thence Southeasterly
and Southerly along said curve through a central angle
of 360 52' 12" an arc distance of 17.70 feet to a point
in a line parallel with and 60.00 feet Easterly of the
West line of the NWi of the swi of said Section 17;
thence Westerly to the true point of beginning.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General ~lnds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($1. 00) .
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this
