A RESOLUTION OF THE C1TY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYlNG TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR
ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the
desirous of purchasing
municipal purposes, to
utility purposes
City Council of the City or Anaheim is
the hereinafter described real property
wit: An easement for road and public

WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to
sell and convey the same to tEe City; Rnd ---
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of JM1ES A. CURRIE and
ANITA J. CURRIE. husband and wife
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for road and public utility purposes ,
and more particularly described as follows:
The Southerly 30.00 feet of the West 207.55
feet of the North two acres of the South
four acres of the Southeast quarter of the
Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter
of Section 8, Township ~. South, Range 10
West, S. B. B. & M.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said propertyo

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor or the City
or Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City or Anaheim,
the sum or One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this
