RESOLUTION NO. 5639
A RESOLUT:ON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR
ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILI'rY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the
desirous of purchasing
municipal purposes, to
utility purposes
City Council of the City of Anaheim is
the hereinafter described real property for
wit: An easement for road and public
; and
WHEREAS, the owner s of s ai d property ha ve offered to
sell and convey the same to ~ City; and ---
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of FRANK J. CURRIE and EVELYN B.
CURRIE, husband and wife~
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for road and public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Tract
No. 3008 as shown on a map filed in Book
94, Page 1 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records
of Orange County, California; thence S.
00 181 37" East 106.92 feet; thence S.
890 581 50" East a distance of 30.91 feet
to a point, said point being the beginning
of a curve concave Northeasterly and having
a radius of 15.00 feet; thence Westerly and
Northerly along said curve through a central
angle of 890 40' 13" an arc distance of 23.48
feet; thence N. 00 181 37" West, a distance
of 92.17 feet to the South line of the afore-
mentioned Tract No. 3008; thence Westerly
along the South line of said Tract 3008, to
the point of beginning.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said propertyo

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor or the City
or Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General ~lnds of the City or Anaheim,
the sum or One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this
