A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
COWJEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR
ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURfOSES.
WHEREAS, the
desirous of purchasing
municipal purposes, to
utility purposes
City Council of the City of Anaheim is
the hereinafter described real property for
wit: An easement for rOAd and ~ublic
; and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to
sell and convey the same to tEe City; and ---
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of EUGENIA CURRIE, a widow
to sell to the C1 ty of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for road and public utility purposes ,
and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of the West
207.55 feet of the North two acres of the South
four acres of the Southeast quarter of the
Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of
Section 8, Township 4 South, Range 10 West,
S. B. B. & M.; thence N. 00 18' 37" W. 30.00 feet;
thence S. 890 58' 50" E. a distance of 40.00 feet
to the beginning of a cn.rve concave Northwesterly
and having a radius of 50.00 feet; thence Easterly
and Northerly al ong said curve, through a central
angle of 360 52' 12" an arc distance of 32.18
feet to the beginning of a curve concave South-
westerly and having a radius of 50.00 feet; thence
along said curve through a central angle of 1260
52' 12" an arc distance of 110.72 feet; thence
N. 890 58' 50" W. to the point of beginning.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said propertyo

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General ~lnds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
