A RESOLUT=ON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
COI~T~YING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR
ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the

WHEREAS, the owners of s ai d property have offered to
sell and convey the same to tne City; and ---
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the

to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for road and pUbl:l,.c utili ty pllrpoRAR
and more particularly described as follows:
The Southerly 9.00 feet of the East 80.00 feet of the
West 290 feet measured from the center line of Euclid
Avenue of that portion of the area included within
lots 3 and 4 in Block 12 of "Subdivision of the South
half of Section 21. Township 4 South, Range 10 West.
San Bernardino Base and Meridian," in the County of
Orange, State of California, as per Map recorded in
Book I, Page 33. of Miscellaneous Maps. in the office
of the County Recorder of said Orange County, lying
NOI'th of a line parallel with and 34.00 feet North of
the following described line: Beginning at a point of
the center line of said Euclid Avenue. Southerly
346.16 feet from its intersection with the Westerly
prolongation of the Northerly line of said lot 4; thence
Easterly 1318.06 feet to a point on the East line of
said lot 3. Southerly 342.08 reet from the Northeast
corner thereoi'.
Except the North 162.00 reet thereor.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this
