A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIl"J ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
COW!EYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR
SEWER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the
desirous of purchasing
municipal purposes, to
City Council of the City of Anaheim is
the hereinafter described real property for
wit: An easement for seWA:r Plll'pO"'....
; and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to
sell and convey the same to tEe City; and ---
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of DAVID C. TOMS and KATHL'Rw.I~ .T
TOMS. husband and wife.
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for sew~r ~urposAs
and more particularly described as 01 ows:
An easement for sewer purposes over, under, and across
a strip of land 12.00 feet wide, the centerline being
described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the North line of the Southeast
quarter of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest
quarter of Section 26 in Township 4 South, Range 10
West, San Bernardino Base & Meridian, said point being
175.00 feet East of the Northwest corner of the South-
east quarter of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest
quarter of said Section 26; thence South 00 00' 55" w.
661.88 feet to a point in the South line of the South-
east quarter of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest
quarter of Section 26, Township 4 South, Range 10 West,
San Bernardino Base & Meridian.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.

of said real property, out ot: General nlnds ot: the City ot: Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($1. 00) .
