A RESOLUT=ON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
COrnTEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR
ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the
desirous of purchasing
municipal purposes, to
utility purposes
City Council of the City of Anaheim is
the hereinafter described real property for
wi t: An easement for road and ))llhl i c
; and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to
sell and convey the same to tEe City; and ---
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of RICHFIELD OIL CORPORATION,
a Delaware Corporation,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
si tuated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange'! State of California,
to be used for an easement for road and public ut lity purposes ,
and more particularly described as follows:
The Easterly 45.00 feet of the Southerly 175.00
feet of the Easterly 163.00 feet of the SE 1/4
of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 11,
Township 4 South, Range 11 West, S.B.B. & M.
Excepting therefrom the South 40.00 feet thereof,
also excepting therefrom that portion of land
conveyed to the State of California by deed,
recorded March 16, 1956 and filed for record in
Book 3438, Page 502, records of Orange County,
Ca lifornia.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor or the City
or Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
or said real property, out or General ~lnds or the City or Anaheim,
the sum or One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this
