A RESOLUT:ON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTIN~ A GRANT DEED
COlnT~YING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR
ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILI~f PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the

WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to

that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the

over, under and across the Westerly 60.00 feet of
that portion of the NW 1/4. of the SW 1/4 of Sec-
tion 17, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, San
Bernardino Base & Meridian, described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the Centerline of Brookhurst
Street, said point being the Southwest corner of
said NW 1/1+ of the SW 1/4; thence North 890 58' n"
East along the South line of said NW 1/4 of the
SW 1/4, 300.00 feet; thence North 0:) 40' 06" East
parallel with the Centerline of Brookhurst Street,

the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
