59R-5616 RESOLUTION NO. 5616 A RESOLUTION OF' THE ClrrY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM GRANTING SPECIAL USE PEffi1IT NO. 51 TO CARRIE B. CARDENAS TO OPERATE A 40-UNIT HOBlLE HOME PARE: ON PROPERTY HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED. WflliREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive an application from Mrs. Carrie B. Cardenas, 10081 Stanton Avenue, Anaheim, California, for a Special Use Permit to establish and operate a 40-unit mobile home park on the following described property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, to wit: The South half of' the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 23, Township L~ South, Range 11 West, s. r~. B. & Iv~. ExceptinG therefrom the Easterly 40.00 feet as disclosed in deed to the State of California, recorded April 13, 1951 in Book 2175, page 324, of Official Records of Orange County, California. A~D ~tEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said application on October 5, 1959, notices of which said public hear- ing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of Sec- tion 9200.17 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investi- gation and studies made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, did adopt its Resolution No. 75--Series 1959-60, granting SpeCial Use Permit No. 51, subject to the condition therein set forth; and illIEF(~AS, thereafter, within twenty (20) days from the date of the adoption of said resolution, the City Council did elect, u:Jon its own motion, to review the action of the City Planning Commission in granting said Special Use Permit and did thereupon fix the 10th day of November, 1959, as the time and the Council Chamber in the City Hall ai' "Gne Oi ty of Anaheim as the place for a public hearing upon said Special Use Permit, and notice of such public hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of Section 9200.17 of the Anaheim MuniCipal Coele; and 1,.,'fTER8AS, at the time and place fixed for said public hearing, the City Council did duly hold and conduct such hearing and did 3ive all persons interested therein an opportunity to be heard and did receive evidence and reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds, after careful considera- tion of the recommendations of the City Planning Commission and all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, that said Special Use Permit should be granted upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth. N01,-J, TEEREF'ORE, BE rrr RESOLVE.'D by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that the action of the City Planning Commission granting said Special Use Permit, be, and the same is hereby approved, and that Special ~Jse Permit No. 51 be and the Same is hereby, granted to Mrs. Carrie B. Cardenas, lOO~l Stanton Avenue, -1- Anaheim, California. to establish and operate a 40-unit mobile home park on the property hereinabove described, subject to the following conditions: 1. That a connectin5 roadway be installed along the South side of the property, which wi 11 connect the North - South roadways. 2. That the entrance to the park from Stanton Avenue be a minimum of 30 feet in width. 3. That the property be developed in accordance with the plans this day submitted to the City Council and on file with the City of An~~eim. bearing the notation ~Corrected to Planning Conrrn. recolTJmendat::'ons~. L. That all enGineering requirements of the City of Anaheim at the Stanton Avenue entrance to the park, such as curbs and gutters, street grading and paving, drainage facilities or other pertinent work, be complied with as required by the City Engineer and in accordance v-rith plans and specifications on file in the office of the City Engineer; and that a bond in an amount and form satisfactory to the City of Anaheim be posted with the City to guarantee the installation of said engineering requirements. r:" ...'. ~hat the owner of subject property pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of $25 per trailer space to be used for park and recreation purposes, and that said sum be paid at the time the building permit is granted. The City Council hereby l'eserves the right to revoke such Special use Permit for good cause or failure of said owner, her heirs. successors or assigns to comply v-rith the Anaheim Municipal Code and regulations and the conditions herein.
