RESOWTION NO. 66R-160
A RESOWTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPlING A DEED :QUITCLAIMING TO
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN \REAL PROPERTY
HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED, INCLUDING A WELL,
PUMPING PLANT, STANDPIPES AND IRRIGATION ~IRES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of acquiring the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes; and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to
quitclaim the same to the City of Anaheim; aDd
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City
of Anaheim to accept a Quitclaim. Deed for said real property.
. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by tbe City Council
of the City ot Anaheim tlaat the offer of CALIFORNIA DRIVE-IN
THEATRES INC., a California coporation, to quitclaim to the
City of Anaheim the following described real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
and more particularly described as follows:
That portion of land including well, pumping plant stand-
pipes and appurtenant irrigation lines connected therewith,
being a portion of Lot Two (2) of Tract No. 71, as sbown
on a Map recorded in Book 10, page 22 of Misce1laneou.8'
Maps, records of Orange County, California, described as
follows: \
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 3, Tract No. 71,
said point being also the East quarter Section corner of
Section 26, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B.& M.,
running thence East along the South line of said Lot 3,
175 feet to a point; thence South along a line parallel
to the Southerly extension of the West line of said Lot 3,
30 feet to the true point of beginning of the land herein
described; thence East at right angles, 40 feet to a
point; thence South at right angles 60 feet to a point;
thence west at right angles 40 feet to a point; thence
North at.right angles 60 feet to the true' point of
beginning.

the City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a
Quitclaim. Dee~ for said property. .
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
