ORDINANCE NO. 3989
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 14, CHAPTER 14.32, -SECTION 14.32.272,
SUBSECTION .110 -AND ADDING THERETO A NEW SUB-
SECTION .115 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO NO PARKING DURING SCHOOI, HOURS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS
SECTION 1.
That Title 14, Chapter 14.32, Section 14.32.272, Sub-
section .110 of the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is
hereby, amended and that Subsection .115 be, and the same is
hereby, added to read as follows:
1114.32.272 PARKING DURING SCHOOL HOURS RESTRICTED
.110 Orange Avenue, on the north side, from
Magnolia Avenue to the west property
line of the Mattie Lou Maxwell Elemen-
tary School and from Western Avenue to
1300 feet west of Western Avenue; on
the south side, from 500 feet west of
Western Avenue to 1300 feet west of
Western Avenue.
.115 Palm Lane, on the south side, from the
east property line to the west property
line of the Palm Lane Elementary School."
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this or-
dinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen
(15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper
of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said
City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage, it
shall take effect and be in full force.
